Where are you Located?
We are located outside Hartford in a historic mill building in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Our facility comprises about 35,000 square feet and we employ about 75 people.

What artwork files do you accept?
Because we deal with such a large number of customers purchasing custom products, we have developed the ability to handle virtually any type of artwork file. Much more important to us is the resolution of the graphics. Depending on the process, we can print at resolutions up to 1440 dpi but the most important single factor in the quality of the print is the quality of the file you send us. A standard resolution for high quality printing is 300 dpi and that would be a good starting point for your files. Similarly, if there is variable information, an excel data file is preferred because it minimizes the likelihood of transcription errors.

What are your lead-times?
Our lead-times are calculated on a daily basis based on workload and production capabilities. In general, however, typical parts have an 8-10 day manufacturing time. Artwork proofs, custom tooling, and the like can extend leadtime, however. We do offer a Quick Ship program for rush orders – please don’t hesitate to discuss you particular needs with a customer service representative when requesting a quotation.
